Amani Collection Refund and Returns Policy

At Amani Collection, we strive to offer a seamless booking experience and flexible options for our guests. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for reservations. These reservations are made at our lodges, cottages, and safari retreats.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly.

  • Free Cancellation Window: Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 14 days before the check-in date.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival incur a charge equal to the first night’s stay. Alternatively, the charge can be up to 50% of the booking value. This depends on the rate plan selected.
  • No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Topic to Availability: All changes depend on room availability.
  • Rate Adjustments: If the new booking dates fall under a different seasonal rate, the updated price will apply.
  • Flexibility: Amani Collection aims to accommodate changes whenever possible without penalty if requested at least 7 days before arrival.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted rates are offered as non-refundable.

  • In these cases, no refunds will be issued once the booking is confirmed.
  • Guests are encouraged to review the rate conditions at the time of booking.

Early Departure

If a guest chooses to check out earlier than the confirmed booking, charges apply for the unused nights. This applies unless otherwise agreed.
